Service Description SwipeSort is a photo organization app that helps you: - Sort photos with swipe gestures - Delete unwanted photos - Organize photos into albums - Track cleanup progress ## 3. Subscriptions ### Free Tier - 50 photos per day - 2 custom albums (including default) - Basic features ### Premium Subscription - Unlimited photo reviews - Unlimited custom albums - Advanced statistics - Custom swipe configurations - Smart reminders ### Pricing - Monthly: $4.99/month - Annual: $29.99/year - Prices subject to change with notice ### Auto-Renewal - Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before period ends - Managed via App Store Settings - Cancel anytime ### Refunds - Handled by Apple per their refund policy - Contact Apple Support for refund requests - We do not control refund decisions ## 4. Photo Access - You grant SwipeSort permission to access your photo library - All processing is local on your device - Photos are never uploaded to our servers - You can revoke access in iOS Settings ## 5. User Responsibilities You agree NOT to: - Reverse engineer the app - Use the app for illegal purposes - Attempt to hack or disrupt the service - Share your subscription with others ## 6. Intellectual Property SwipeSort and all associated content is owned by Mayers Multimedia. ## 7. Disclaimer - App provided "as is" without warranties - We are not liable for photo loss (use iCloud backup!) - iOS may have bugs affecting functionality ## 8. Limitation of Liability We are not liable for: - Data loss - Device damage - Incidental damages - Lost profits Maximum liability: Amount paid for subscription ## 9. Termination We may terminate your access if you violate these terms. ## 10. Changes to Terms We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance. ## 11.
